Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to Nexurf ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account or using any part of this website located at nexurf.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Nexurf you must:

Be at least 18 years of age
Provide accurate and truthful registration information
Maintain the security of your password and account credentials
Promptly notify us of any unauthorised use of your account

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to accumulate credits, circumvent bans, or exploit the system in any way is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent termination of all associated accounts.

3. How the Platform Works

Nexurf is a traffic exchange service. Members earn credits by visiting other members' websites and spend those credits to receive visits to their own sites. All traffic is generated by real, registered human users — no bots, no proxies, no automated scripts.

The Platform offers three surfing circuits:

Manual Surf — the user actively advances through sites by clicking "Next Site" after each timer completes. Eligible for Bonus Page rewards.
Auto Surf — sites rotate automatically in a separate window with no user interaction required. Not eligible for Bonus Pages.
Interactive Surf — each site includes a question the surfer must answer correctly to earn the visit credit plus a bonus. Eligible for bonus credits on correct answers.

Credits are calculated based on visit duration divided by 10. The cost of each visit to your site depends on the duration you set and your account plan's credit ratio (Free 3×, Silver 2×, Gold 1×).

4. Credits

Credits are the internal currency of Nexurf. They have no monetary value and cannot be transferred, sold, exchanged for cash, or redeemed outside the Platform.

Credits earned through surfing are added to your account balance immediately upon visit completion
Credits allocated to a site are deducted from that site's balance as visits are received
If a site's credit balance reaches zero, it is automatically paused
Credits allocated to a site are returned to your balance if the site is deleted by you or removed by an admin
Credits may be purchased directly via PayPal from the Credits page

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused purchased credits may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase — contact us via the Messages section to request one.

5. Accepted & Prohibited Site Content

You may submit any legitimate website for inclusion in the traffic rotation, subject to manual review and approval. The following are strictly prohibited:

Adult, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
Malware, viruses, phishing pages, or any content designed to harm visitors
Illegal content of any kind under applicable law
Excessive pop-ups, auto-redirects, or scripts that interfere with the surfing session
Sites that attempt to redirect, close, or hijack the surf window or parent page
YouTube channels, social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) or any platform that blocks automatic window navigation
Misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content
Hate speech, discrimination, or content promoting violence

We reserve the right to reject or remove any site at our sole discretion, without prior notice. Credits allocated to removed sites are refunded to the owner's balance.

6. Fair Use & Anti-Cheat Policy

Nexurf employs multiple layers of protection to ensure fair use for all members, including token-based visit validation, server-side timing verification, random CAPTCHA checks, and rate limiting.

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

Using bots, scripts, browser extensions, or any automated tool to simulate or accelerate surfing
Manipulating visit tokens, timers, or credit calculations in any way
Surfing your own sites through any means, direct or indirect
Attempting to exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform
Interfering with other users' surfing sessions

Any account found to be cheating will be permanently banned with no right of appeal, and all credits — earned or purchased — will be forfeited without refund.

7. Paid Plans & Subscriptions

Nexurf offers optional paid plans (Silver and Gold) that provide enhanced credit ratios, higher site limits, and longer visit durations. Subscriptions are billed monthly via PayPal.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date
If a payment fails, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan
Downgrading does not affect your existing credits or allocated sites, but site slots exceeding the Free limit will be paused until you either upgrade again or reduce your site count
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page

All payments are processed securely by PayPal. Nexurf does not store any payment card information.

8. Weekly Leaderboard & Prizes

Each week, the top 3 users by number of surfs completed receive bonus credits (1st: 200 cr, 2nd: 100 cr, 3rd: 50 cr). The leaderboard resets every Monday.

Prize credits are awarded automatically and are subject to the same terms as all other credits — they have no monetary value and cannot be withdrawn.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the leaderboard and its prizes at any time without notice.

9. Inactivity Policy

To maintain a healthy and active community, accounts that show no meaningful activity for an extended period are subject to our inactivity policy:

A warning email is sent after a period of inactivity
If the account remains inactive beyond the warning period, all sites are suspended and all allocated credits are returned to the account balance
The account itself is not deleted — simply log back in and start surfing to reactivate your sites
Silver and Gold members are never subject to suspension due to inactivity

Logging in and surfing regularly is sufficient to keep your account active.

10. Referral Program

Each member receives a unique referral link they can share to invite others to join Nexurf.

The referrer earns 200 credits when their referral completes 30 surf sessions
The referrer earns 10% of all credits their referral earns through surfing for the first 90 days, credited once daily
The referred user receives 150 credits upon registration instead of the standard amount

Referral bonuses are subject to anti-abuse checks including IP verification and disposable email detection. Accounts created to artificially generate referral credits will be permanently banned and all associated credits forfeited.

11. Achievements & Boosters

Members earn badges by completing milestones across 7 categories (Surf Circuit, Streak Master, Credit Collector, Network Builder, Loyalty, Interactive Master, Manual Master). Badges are purely cosmetic and carry no monetary value.

Surf Boosters (2x or 3x multiplier for 24 or 72 hours) can be purchased to multiply credits earned while surfing. Once activated, a Booster runs continuously until it expires — it cannot be paused, transferred, or refunded.

12. Reporting & Moderation

Users may report sites that they believe are violating these Terms using the Report function available during Auto Surf sessions. Reports are reviewed by our admin team.

We reserve the right to remove any site, suspend any account, or take any other action we deem appropriate in response to a violation, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

13. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Nexurf, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

14. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses
Any specific volume of traffic will be delivered to your site
Credits will always be available or that the credit system will remain unchanged

Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nexurf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

16. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct harmful to other users or the Platform.

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, all your data, credits, and site listings will be permanently removed.
